We connect passionate and aspiring music teachers in Victoria, BC with students within weeks, earning you $40 an hour plus a gas allowance, teaching in student’s homes on a schedule you set.

We hire for fit and train for the skills, so what matters most is your musicality and your heart for sharing it. For the past seven years, we’ve helped dozens of teachers in Victoria (many of whom only ever taught friends and family) to build a full roster of talented and passionate students. 

Yes, there's driving… and it's worth it. 

The driving isn't dead time, it's the thing that fills your calendar fast. In-home demand is what gets you students and experience quicker and it clusters: many students are siblings taught in one visit (one drive, two-plus lessons), not to mention that happy families refer their neighbours. 

We build driving routes around specific Victoria neighbourhoods so your students stay clustered close together, not scattered across the city. We pay a travel allowance to cover the gas cost, and if you'd rather skip the car entirely, some of our teachers stay local to their own neighbourhoods and get around by e-bike. Best of all, the time between lessons is a chance to catch your breath and reset before the next student.
